Welcome to PUIRL. These terms apply to our website and waitlist while the PUIRL app is in development. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

The waitlist

Right now, PUIRL is a waitlist and a set of information pages. Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about early access. It does not guarantee you a spot in the app, a specific launch date, or access in your city.

Using this site

You agree to use this site honestly and lawfully. Please do not:

• Submit false information or someone else's email without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems.
• Use automated tools to submit the form or scrape the site.

Our brand and content

The PUIRL name, logo, wording, and the design of this site belong to Gardera. You may not copy, reuse, or present them as your own without our written permission.

Provided “as is”

This site and the waitlist are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep everything accurate and available, but we do not promise the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gardera is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.

Changes

We may update these terms as PUIRL develops. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
